Position Overview: The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. This role will ensure the company's financial health by managing budgets, financial forecasting, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Finance Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budget and forecast.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and manage relationships with auditors.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and economic factors affecting the business.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives with financial modeling and due diligence.
  • Identify and assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adequate internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Finance Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
