In 2015, Jarrett Fire Protection, LLC was formed bringing on board innovative designers, a competitive sales team, and a prompt service team with 70+ years of experience in the fire protection industry. Our dedicated team can perform every step of the fire protection process beginning with the underground utility work to the fire system installation. Jarrett Fire Protection offers a variety of inspections and service repairs depending on the customer's needs. We care about our customers continued safety and provide after installation care and servicing. Fire Alarm Technician
Job Summary:
- Installation and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems and components including installing electrical wiring and equipment.
- Service, Test and Inspection, Programming and Installation of low voltage Fire Alarm Systems.
- Acquire and maintain all required local licensure.
- Perform on-site emergency troubleshooting, programming and repair of FA systems.
- Travel within the state of TN to work job sites as necessary (company vehicle provided).
Qualifications:
- Experience in Fire Alarm industry
- Install or inspection experience
- Special hazards, Service and troubleshooting experience preferred
- A current and valid driver's license in accordance with company policy
- Must have knowledge and understanding of all applicable NFPA codes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be customer oriented
- Ability to carry and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
