Position Responsibilities:

• Embody the company standard as a high-quality care provider.

• Provide support, recognition, information for patients, families and staff.

• Develop, implement, direct and evaluate the Restorative Nursing Program.

• Consult with the interdisciplinary team to develop and maintain restorative care standards.

• Ensure that the restorative nursing program complies with applicable laws, regulations, and national restorative nursing standards and requirements.

• Perform or supervise the performance of restorative care.

• Performs fall, restraint, and assessment upon new admissions, quarterly, and as needed.

• Complete clinical documentation for all restorative care.

• Work in conjunction with the Director of Nursing to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State and facility standards, guidelines and regulations.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements Currently licensed as an nurse (RN/LPN) in this state

Qualifications/Skills: Must be knowledgeable of the MDS process. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal, organizational and communication skills. Strong computer skills.
