Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or promotional campaigns as directed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the company's database.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Sales Support: Promote and upsell company products or services, if applicable.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customers professionally.
