Varsity Head Softball Coach

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Instructs players in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of softball. Organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities/exercises. Assesses player’s skills. Monitors players during competition and practice. Determines game strategy. Supervises athletes during practices and competition. Preference given to those with coaching experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY None TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Minimal travel may be required to and/or from sporting events within neighboring localities.
