The Details
- Manage ERP (Dynamics 365) operations, reporting, training and support across 4 processing plants.
- Help support future software upgrades, integrations, patches and extensions.
- User support for issues in MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Communicate w/ 3rd party vendor for support when needed.
- Configure new and existing features to further optimize business processes.
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of system mods and new development.
- Ability or willingness to lead improvement projects.
- Background preferred in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance or accounting industries preferred.
