As a Branch Director, you will provide leadership and direction to real estate sales professionals as well as manage the day-to-day functions of the branch.

Job Responsibilities

Create a high-performance sales cultureRecruit and develop real estate sales professionals for the branchTogether with the Regional Vice President and the CFO, develop monthly and annual listing inventory, unit and sales volume and SCSL goalsEducate sales professionals and staff on, and enforce all corporate policies and procedures, Local MLS Rules, National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics and State License RegulationsMonitor and manage all Branch leads and other inbound prospect activityMaintain the Branch physical plant and grounds according to Company standardMaintain appropriate staffing during normal hours of operationDevelop and implement promotions and Branch team-building events

Qualifications/Requirements

Proven successful experience in real estate sales or a field related to the real estate business (e.g. mortgage, insurance, banking, relocation)Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferredAssociate Broker License requiredStrong oral and written communication and presentation skillsExcellent leadership and human relations abilitiesAbility to develop and implement plans to achieve monthly and annual objectivesAbility and eagerness to work in and promote a team environment
