Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Current certifications and knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
• Must be a certified instructor for SCIP-R, Adult and Child CRP/First Aid
• Minimum one year direct hands on teaching/training in the field of developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of and one year’s teaching experience teaching behavioral interventions
• Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills

• Ensure new hires are trained on behavior support plans and teaching programs for all students in their
residences
• Input staff trainings into HRIS system and assign staff for trainings
• Maintain list of DSP within division and instructors for various trainings
• Participate in development and revision of inservice trainings
• Conduct assigned training classes
• Ensure needed training supplies and resources
• Ensure ongoing interactions and coordination with agency Training Coordinator
• Interface with DDI’s HR department regarding open positions within divisio
