">Purpose
The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate and assist in develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns.
Essential Job Functions
E Responsible for company online image.
E Develop high quality marketing materials with consistent branding and messaging.
E Maintain the relevancy of our digital and social media presence and support our publics communication strategy.
E Manage and direct professional photography, internal marketing, and brand compliance.
E Launch, manage and optimize paid search campaigns.
E Manage the activities of the Marketing Department and its staff.
E Reporting of sales and marketing activities.
E Assist with ongoing comprehensive and effective marketing programs in order to promote company services, resources and activities.
E Collects and maintains sales records required to track, review, and modify performance of marketing initiatives.
E Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and product performance; prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
E Maintains knowledge on emerging products and services.
N Other duties as assigned.
Work Hours
This is an exempt position. Work hours to be determined based on the needs of the business. Extended hours and weekends may be required to meet business needs.
Competencies
This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or in a team. This position requires excellent communication skills both verbally and written. Must be hard working, self-starter with a positive attitude and respectful. This position requires excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and decision making.
Work Environment
Standard office environment.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 20 pounds at a time.
Supervisory Responsibility
Directly supervises employees in the Marketing Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Travel
Travel may be occasionally required between the Tukwila and Lynnwood offices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel.
