Maintenance Technician Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility located in Mebane, NC, 27302. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC Lathe (5+ axis), Industrial Robot, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing), PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, Hydraulics Experience, PLC Programming Experience, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, and Troubleshooting CNC Machines. Experience in a Manufacturing Environment is a must, with familiarity with machine brands such as Yaskawa Motoman, Mazak, and Okuma.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on CNC machines, industrial robots, and other manufacturing equipmentTroubleshoot and diagnose issues with PLC systems and electrical componentsConduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficientlyProgram and adjust PLC systems to optimize machine performanceWork with hydraulics systems and mechanical components to keep equipment running smoothly

Qualifications

Experience with CNC Lathe (5+ axis) and Industrial Robot maintenanceKnowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) processesStrong PLC Troubleshooting Skills and Electrical Troubleshooting SkillsHands-on experience with Hydraulics and PLC ProgrammingProven Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills in a manufacturing environment
