General Cleaner

COME JOIN THE LACOSTA TEAM 

LACOSTA is looking for a General Cleaner to join our team in Neenah 

This site is conveniently accessible via local bus routes.  

***We conduct a background check and drug testing*** 

 

Job Schedule:  

Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week  

1st Shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM 

2nd Shift: 2:00PM-10:30PM 

Every other Sunday 8:00AM-12:00PM 

Pay Rate: $15.50/hr, paid weekly 

Job duties:  Responsible for: Restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, supply closets, etc. 
  • Routine building cleaning 
  • Restroom cleaning 
  • Window cleaning 
  • Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter 
  • Sanitizing surfaces 
  • Floor Care 
  • Sweeping 
  • Mopping 
  • Vacuuming/Dusting 
  • Stocking supply rooms 
 

Requirements: 

  • Pass background checks and drug screening 
  • Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently. 
  • Wear LACOSTA Shirt, safety glasses, steel-toed boots/shoes, safety vest and long pants. 
  • Remove all jewelry and accessories
  • This position is in a factory environment, so it can be quite warm in the summer.
