Oracle is looking for a Chief of Staff for the SVP for AI Infrastructure in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). We are building the next generation of AI Infrastructure to power the AI revolution. Our AI Superclusters power some of the most innovative AI companies around the world and we are growing. This is a critical leadership role and you will be responsible for helping drive the strategic direction and execution for the whole organization . You will partner with other teams to drive new initiatives and deliver new hardware products and features. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of AI, hardware, cloud architecture and experience leading large organizations and working with Senior Executives.
As the Chief of staff for the SVP, you will help coordinate and drive the organization strategy execution working closely with several teams of engineers, Product and Program Managers and Operations professionals. Most programs will involve coordination across all our organization's functions (networking, compute, architecture, product, .This person will also help communicate product strategy and functionality across the group and our partners. They will help initiate and foster relationships with other groups; create and curate collateral materials and reports. They will also provide valuable insights and recommendations to the SVP for AI infrastructure.

Help communicate product strategy and functionality across the group and our partners. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry standard methodologies, ensuring compliance and driving innovation within the organization. Act as an inspiring leader and trusted advisor to the SVP of AI infrastructure. This role will require leadership partnering across multiple organizations within the Compute Product Group, key engineering teams, as well as account teams, solution architects, partner organizations, product and corporate marketing. Coordinate and drive the organization strategy execution working closely with several teams of engineers, Product and Program Managers and Operations professionals. Collaborate with key partners, including customers, industry authorities, and internal teams, to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, shaping the product roadmap and strategy accordingly. Work with executive leadership to develop and implement robust AI Infrastructure Strategy and Communication plans. Be an inspiring leader and help drive organizational culture. Establish relationships with customers and partners and drive executive engagements. Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Providing regular updates and interacting with executive management to influence the portfolio. Sets Goals and Expectations for performance and works with employees to establish specific, measurable goals and commitments. US: Hiring Range: from $104,000 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
