Position Overview: We are seeking a hard-working and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing the warehouse, overseeing the shipping of our inflatable products, and ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the warehouse to ensure a clean and efficient workspace.
• Coordinate the shipping of inflatable tubes and rafts to water parks worldwide.
• Receive shipments and inspect goods for quality and accuracy.
• Package items securely and prepare them for shipping.
• Assist in the workshop with various tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
• Fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Lift and move items weighing up to 70 lbs repetitively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enjoys the challenge of working in a small business environment.
• Prior experience in warehouse management or a related field is a plus.
