Ability to coach resources to elevate performance and drive results. · Proven success driving business technology strategies that lead to product distinction. · Experience managing relationships, coalitions and communications with senior and executive level business and technology leaders to influence desired outcomes without direct authority. · Ability to understand how to navigate a complex organization,

understand the big picture, and influence the enterprise to leverage technology in alignment with our strategies. · Ability to estimate the financial impact of technical architecture alternatives. · Working knowledge and experience in any or all the following business and technology areas: data management, data streaming technologies, event-based architecture, NoSQL and NewSQL technologies, APIs, microservices, SOA, cloud technologies, rules engines/BPMs, data architecture and governance Preferred Skills: Enterprise Architect skills along with experience in developing loyalty / rewards application · Strategy and Design: o Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the loyalty and rewards programme, aligning it with the organization's goals and values. Design innovative initiatives and incentives to drive engagement and achieve desired outcomes. · Partnerships and Alliances: o Cultivate and manage relationships with rewards partners, merchants, and loyalty management system providers. Negotiate and establish impactful partnerships to enhance the programme's value and offerings. · Operational Management: o Oversee day-to-day programme operations, including team projects, campaigns, reporting, and invoicing. Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard, within budget and timeline. · Data Insights and Analytics: o Leverage data insights to optimize the programme's performance and demonstrate its impact on member engagement and retention. Use analytical skills to structure, analyze, and report data accurately. · Financial Acumen: o Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial principles to effectively manage the programme's P&L and resources. · Partnership Mindset: o Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, marketing, product, community, and city teams, to promote collaboration and deliver value. · Awareness and Campaign Management: o Work closely with marketing, product, community, and teams to raise awareness of the programme and manage campaigns effectively. · Technical Requirements: o Facilitate technical aspects to ensure the delivery and stability of systems supporting the programme.
