The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, creative, and collaborative individual with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Other requirements/responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
· Prepares client presentations and presents design concepts and drawings
· Attends client meetings to verify design requirements and delivers design progress reviews
· Provides support to all team members for specific projects or areas of design expertise
· Assists with defining project work plans
· Participates in team meetings to ensure design intent is in adherence to office standards
· Performs as Project Manager on certain projects
· Participates in project reviews regarding project costs, budgets, and adherence to schedules
· Responsible for tracking electronic project data and files
· Facilitates internal and external project communications on the team

Requirements:
· Professional degree in Architecture, license preferred
· 3 – 5 years professional experience
· Produce projects from schematic design to construction documents in AutoCAD/Revit
· Experience with bidding and construction administration services
· Outstanding communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to foster a positive work environment
