Janitorial Specialist

Job Summary:
The Janitorial Specialist at Wilson County Chevy Buick GMC is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the dealerships.
This individual will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for our customers and employees.
This is a full-time position, with a salary of $20 per hour, located in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $20 per hour, paid weekly.
In addition, employees will receive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Reports to: Property Maintenance Manager

You must be clean and presentable at all times

Responsibilities:
- Keep both dealership showroom, offices, and service areas clean and presentable at all times
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces as needed
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins and take out garbage
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit orders as needed
- Notify Property Maintenance Manager of any maintenance or repair issues
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the dealerships
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while on the job

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment
- Physical stamina to handle strenuous tasks such as mopping and lifting heavy objects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
