ESTO ES LO QUE HARÁS:

Como miembro integral del equipo de Burger King, este puesto es responsable de:

  • Supervisa, capacita, motiva y dirige a los empleados para mantener un servicio al cliente entusiasta.
  • Asegúrese de que los pedidos se tomen de manera rápida, precisa y cortés.
  • Resuelve las inquietudes de los clientes.
  • Realiza un inventario de las existencias durante el turno para determinar las necesidades de pedidos y la cantidad de suministros necesarios para evitar la escasez.
  • Cuenta el efectivo disponible en el cambio de turno y en el cierre para determinar la escasez o el exceso de uso y preparar estados de cuenta de depósitos bancarios.
  • Capacidad para supervisar, formar y motivar a los miembros del equipo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
Requisitos:
  • Buenas habilidades escritas, verbales, matemáticas e interpersonales.
  • Transporte confiable.
