Working directly with the General Manager, AssistantManagers are the restaurant's second in command and will be doing most of thethings done by General Managers. The Assistant Manager role is a crucial stepin your career development toward the General Manager role.

Helping inthe training of Teammates, and coaching in the moment as needed Facilitatingproper standards and procedures Maintainingexcellent customer satisfaction at all times Inventorycounting and recording Helping tocreate shift schedules Opening,closing, and additional administrative duties Ensure properfood handling and preparation throughout the stations
