H ealthcare-Customer Support Specialist
TEKsystems is currently partnering with a leading provider in medical equiptment distribution to hire onto their team in Harrisburg, PA.

Customer service/call center experience Healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical or DME experience, preferred Computer skills - data entry, Microsoft Office applications High School Diploma or Equivalent Must complete Data Entry Alpa Numeric Test. Minimum score - 98% accuracy and 5000 KPH.A Day In The Role:
Responsible for making outbound calls to customers regarding their products and resupply orders These calls will solely focus on the CPAP and BiPAP products offered, as well as Glucose monitors Assist with inbound calls as needed Utilize Brightree softwareWork Environment
Call center environment Outbound calls through a dialer Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:30am - 5pm30 minute lunch, (2) 10 minute breaksInterviews as soon next week
