Overview

Join our Amarillo Grind plant

These positions will be responsible for performing a variety of production jobs that are related to processing beef trim into hamburger and packaging it per market and customer requirements.

Responsibilities
  • May operate a variety of industrial equipment
  • May clean up various work areas
  • Must follow all food safety and personal safety procedures and requirements
  • Must learn to keep up with assigned job tasks and help to minimize downtime
  • May use forklifts or other transport equipment to move product
  • Must keep work area clean and safe
  • Must be able to work in cold environment
  • May operate a variety of industrial equipment

Qualifications
  • Good work history required
  • 6 months experience in beef processing and/or grind facility a plus
  • Experience operating industrial equipment preferred
  • Ability to lift 80 pounds repetitively
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
