Stewarding Supervisor

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Stewarding Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The Supervisor must maintain and control a high level of guest service achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the staff. 

Responsibilities

​The Stewarding Supervisor reports directly to the manager in charge of Stewarding, and he/she oversees all aspects of the Stewarding operation, including forecasting, scheduling, training and motivating other Stewards in the Resort. Maintain cleanliness of back of the house Food & Beverage areas, including silverware, cutlery, glassware, etc. Maintain a good working relationship with other employees. Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures preferred. Fluency in Spanish helpful Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
