Responsibilities:

  • Supervising multiple locations
  • Traveling regularly to assigned restaurants to support management teams
  • Coaching and training store management for profitability
  • Setting goals for restaurants and creating action plans for success
  • Ensuring outstanding customer and employee experiences
  • Effective communication to drive restaurant success

Requirements:

  • Prior McDonald's experience in high-volume locations
  • Graduate of Hamburger University preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Availability for various shifts and travel to restaurant locations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
