We are seeking a Team member who can manage a part of the Item Repair Managers Role with a heavy emphasis on Data Analytics. Understanding the business then taking data retrieval from multiple aspects of the business to drive metrics.
What You Will Do :
Works collaboratively with other internal departments to extract data from various sources, and/or gather individual data points to create master files for data analytics. Compile and analyze large and complex data sets requiring multiple problem-solving techniques Compile monthly site/business unit (BU)/strategic business unit (SBU) performance reports for defined metrics while ensuring data accuracy, validity and integrity Summarize data sets from various locations to provide actionable insights, identify trends, measure performance to allow directors and site leadership target process improvements and standard process opportunities Research metrics to develop baseline measures and establish goals such as customer satisfaction, Scrap, on-time delivery, supplier escapes, and plan for every part alignmentQualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree Required. A minimum of 5 years of data analytics and a demonstrated ability to provide guidance and recommendations to executive leadership U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications We Prefer :
Previous training or experience with one or more programming languages such Visual Basic, Python, or SQL, Power BI and QLIK, as well as Advanced Excel experience with demonstrated knowledge in VLOOKUP, MATCH, INDEX functions, and PivotTables Certification in Business Analytics Can lead efforts and development with minimal oversight, sets objectives and guides others on execution/approach for achievement of operational results Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization – clear and concise objectives, identify and share risks and opportunities, ability to create value statement Creation and Development of business presentations at the executive levelIn addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
