You'll be offered extensive training, and the tight-knit working environment within the Manufacturing team means employees get additional training from their direct manager and peers when needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supports the operation of the Plant daily learning/understanding how established targets are met and exceeded; ensures all packing schedules are attained, products are received timely and accurately, products are shipped timely and accurately, and the warehouse stays in a state of good standing.

Accurately and efficiently performs all assigned procedures – including receiving, shipping, distribution, material handling, picking, and goods inventory movement. Professionally and effectively communicate issues to leadership. Willingness and ability to support business needs including overtime. Actively participates in all change management/lean transformation activities. Responsible for assuring safety and quality in all actions. The role, including all day-to-day tasks and responsibilities, should therefore be driven while adhering to all applicable safety & quality management policies, procedures, and requirements to ensure an optimal level of safety & quality in both our products and services. Additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

HS diploma or equivalent. Experience working in warehouse or similar environment preferred. SAP knowledge/experience desired. Previous stock or inventory experience a plus. Organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication. Basic Digital Literacy. Ability to lift 30lbs.
