As a Behavior Technician on our team, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 depending on experience Hours/Schedule:  Part-Time Monday - Friday between the hours of 3pm - 8pm  10 - 15 hours per week Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, etc).  In place of experience: Completed college credits Reliable transportation & the ability to travel 30 - 45 minutes from your place of residence to provide home and/or school sessions where public transportation may or may not be available.  Valid Driver's License  Active auto insurance or the ability to obtain auto insurance.  Available for 12 - 25 hours per week.  Must be 18 years of age or older. US Work authorization. Ability to navigate and utilize basic technology such as tablet usage, electronic documentation, email, calendar, etc.  Location:  Spring Valley, CA La Mesa, CA Chula Vista, CA San Diego, CA We encourage candidates to apply and discuss our needs in the areas they live. Since we serve children & youth, most of our sessions are between 3pm - 8pm. However, this varies from client to client. We offer competitive compensation for the important work you do with our clients.  Technology & tools for success: We provide you with your own tablet - No paperwork, everything is done electronically Hands-on training, mentorship, & supervision from our talented clinicians.  Key Responsibilities:  Provide direct 1:1 support to individuals diagnosed with autism (or a related disorder) in their homes, schools, and/or community. Teach children & youth how to communicate, socialize, and play through the use of research-based techniques. Not to worry - we will teach you all of our best techniques during training  Collaborate with BHW clinicians to implement detailed plans you will follow when working with your client. Encouraging your clients and helping them to reach their highest potential.
