JobSummary:

As a Senior Tax Manager you will be avalued business advisor delivering industryfocused tax advisory andcompliance services to middle market clients. Youll work closelywith firm leadership to serve clients and build the business havinga direct impact on the firms success. Additionally youll mentor andcoach talented staff utilizing your expertise to develop theirtechnical and professional skills.

Key Duties& Responsibilities:
  • Providefederal tax compliance and consulting services to industryspecificclients
  • Lead client relationships on daytodaytax matters for various clients ranging from startups to middlemarket companies
  • Consult on technical mattersand special projects in corporate and flowthrough taxationaccounting methods and compliance
  • Research taxmatters respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries and makerecommendations to clients
  • Coordinate withspecialty tax practices on complicated tax matters
  • Manage client engagement staffing billings/collectionsand ensure client profitability targets are met
  • Network and build strong relationships to acquire newclients projects and revenue
  • Support thegrowth and development of team members through mentoring andcoaching
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in accounting or law or a similar degree in business(Masters or advanced degree desirable)
  • CPA orJD required
  • 8 years of experience providingfederal tax compliance and consulting services in a professionalservices firm
  • 5 years of supervisoryexperience mentoring and counseling associates
  • Demonstrated management analytical organizationalinterpersonal project management and communicationskills
  • Highly developed software and MicrosoftSuite skills
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.without sponsorship preferred
