Position Overview: As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our dealership, assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and budget.
You will play a key role in building rapport, providing expert product knowledge, and guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish.
If you have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and a knack for exceeding customer expectations, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their lifestyle, budget, and preferences.
- Negotiate sales terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently to finalize sales transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
