Piper Companies is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join a leading health solutions company in a fully remote capacity.

Responsibilities for the Onboarding Specialist:

·Administer and support employee onboarding processes

·Accurately enter a high volume of employee data into reporting software

·Provide day-to-day support for HRIS-payroll including data entry, data corrections, and data auditing

·Act as a resource for management team on process and procedure when submitting Personnel Action Notes

·Process new employee background, drug screening, and employment verification checks

Qualifications for the Onboarding Specialist:

·1-2 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar tracking software

·ConnectWise or ticketing system experience is a plus

·Strong communication skills; both written and oral

·Preferred (not required): Associates or Bachelor’s degree

Compensation for the Onboarding Specialist:

·$60,000 to $62,000 (paid hourly)
