Types of lasers: Bystronics 6000 Laser, Trumpf 3050 laser, Trumpf 7040 laser

Requires Dependability, able to navigate the computer with ease, knowledge of metals, know the difference and able to tell/measure gauge metal thickness. Ability to read blueprints.

Essential Functions

Perform typical operations on machine.Make proper set-ups for cutting operations.Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point. Perform all dimensional inspections.May work at different workstations as production needs require.

This position is highly active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over fifty pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
