Position: Construction Superintendent-Tilt-Wall

Responsibilities:

•  Overseeing all aspects of the construction project, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials
•  Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.
• Conducting regular site meetings and inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
•  Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design and construction-related issues.

  Skills:

•  8+ years of experience in managing Tilt-Wall projects.
•  Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
•  Excellent leadership and team management skills
•  Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
