We are hiring a Receptionist to join our dynamic care team at The Oxford Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Haverhill
The shift is on Fridays from 2:30P to 8P and on weekends from 6:30A to 8P. Weekly pay up to $17.50 an hour.

As our receptionist, you perform clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor.
Experience & Education:
- A minimum of two (2) years experience in a clerical position, or successfully completed a secretarial science program from an accredited school/college, is preferred.
- Must have a working knowledge of filing and respect for confidentiality.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate telephone switchboard.
- Utilize proper phone etiquette.
- Receive and direct all persons entering the facility to appropriate areas.
- Responsible for general typing and secretarial functions.
- Distribute paychecks per policy and procedure.
- Is responsible to receive and direct incoming mail and deliveries appropriately.
- Demonstrate correct safety techniques.
- Respect and take care of facility equipment and not wasteful of supplies.
- Contribute to and promote resident and family relations.
- Knowledgeable in facility’s Privacy Practice and complies by protecting all residents’ health information.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Specific Requirements:
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and to remain calm during emergency situations.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public.
- Must be knowledgeable of administrative practices, procedures and guidelines.
- Must possess a cheerful personality and be ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
- Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
- Has knowledge of personnel application procedures.
- Must be able to type 50 words per minute.
- Is knowledgeable of all office equipment.
