Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards

Deliver sales targets under guidance and supervision, by performing end-to-end process of deal origination

Complete all required administrative services through continuous reporting and updating of documents related to relevant stakeholders

Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisation

Contribute to teamwork and inclusivity within own team

Identify opportunities to expand customer base with potentially profitable customers

Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes

Manages risks in own area of responsibility

Build and maintain stakeholder relationships

Achieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels

Seasoned Banker with lots of portfolio management experience

You will be an ideal candidate if you meet the following criteria:

2 - 5 Years' experience within a Sales and Service/Deal Making environment in the banking sector

Someone who has managed a portfolio before or been in a similar role

Minimum Qualification: BCom or relevant financial degree

Passed the FAIS Regulatory Exam

Have exceptional judgemental credit acumen 

Be able to negotiate and put together business deals

Communicate with Business clients at a very high level

Be able to process pre-screens and FACT applications
