Pay Target:$20.91 - $23 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: Sunday-Thursday from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, subject to change based on the needs of the business
Employment Logistics:
The Lead Package Handlers plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution in our warehouse. Our Package Handlers II's are the ultimate team players. They work closely with Sort and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred At least 1 year of lead experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of both required Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs. Must be at least 18 years of ageYour Mission in Motion :
Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery. Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately. Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative.
