Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment. Be friendly, courteous, cooperative, and able to communicate with associates and customers. Collects shopping carts from parking lot and surrounding areas and returns carts to store in a variety of weather conditions (snow, ice, extreme heat/cold, rain, etc.). Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences. Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

The associate must possess the ability to stand in place for long periods of time; walk in the store; bend, stoop and lift or push up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. WORK SCHEDULE

The Cart Runner is an hourly position. The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
