We have an opening for an Office Assistant/Caregiver Floater who can answer yes to these questions. We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

Intake Coordinator Benefits include:

  • Competitive pay ranges between $12 to $14/hr

Scheduling Coordinator Primary Responsibilities:

  • Self starter, passionate, willing to learn
  • Answer office calls, coordinate office activities
  • Ability to learn/perform HR duties
  • Must be able to act as a floater for the office
  • Must be willing to learn, Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
  • Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays
  • Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
  • Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process
  • Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients

Scheduling Coordinator Requirements:

  • Experience – One year experience in a home care setting preferred
  • Education – High school diploma
  • Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills
  • Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
