We have an opening for an Office Receptionist who can answer yes to these questions. At SYNERGY HomeCare we create a world of care at home for all, which means you will have the opportunity to support a dedicated team who cares for a wide variety of people; spanning all ages and all abilities. We are seeking a Receptionist to join our independently owned and operated national agency to support our in-office dedicated management team.

Administrative Assistant Primary Responsibilities:

• Help manage and maintain office organization
• Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
• Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays
• Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
• Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process
• Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients
• Help maintain a positive workflow within the office
• Assist management with delegated tasks

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

• Experience – One year experience in a home care setting preferred, but not required.
• Education – High school diploma
• Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills
• Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
