Position Summary:

In a team environment assist users in defining specific requirements. Assist in developing detailed system plans and solutions for requirements. AS directed, develop, code, test and maintain computer programs, as well as maintain computer hardware and facilities, write and maintain operations and applications documents. Assist in small projects, provide technical support for applications, and train users. Required on call to resolve all technical issues related to all computer applications. This position manages highly confidential information.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in managing PC issues, installing windows, as well as general assistance maintenance. Provide maintenance support for the Plant phone system, plant servers, and the facilities wireless network.

Projects and development, attendance tracking system, master seniority list switch from quality work bench to Share Point 2010. Provide maintenance and upgrade assistance to the plant's Job and Equipment Monitoring System. Develop a Warehouse Quality Module for this system. Data sensitive position that has a highly confidential nature to computer systems. 

Manage a Emergency Server backup location for the facility to comply with corporate Risk Assessment.

Basic understanding of networks, LAN/WAN design and implementation using routers, hubs, and switches, IP addressing and subnetting, routing concepts.

Provide technical support of operating systems, installing and configuring workstations. Computer assembly and maintenance.

Functional knowledge of database management SQL Server on windows. Understanding of office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Coding language: Python, HTMLS, JaveScript, CSS, PHP, SQL, C++, NET. Active directory management.

Internal development of system solutions to satisfy plant needs in lieu of purchasing packaged software applications

Provide means of upgrade and hot back up of key plant production operating systems. Specically, upgrade interfaces to the forming processes in the facility

Required Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Computer Science with experience in a continuous 24/7 process in a manufacturing environment. Able to work independently Able to communicate with all levels of the organization Ability to troubleshoot network, PC/Server, Programming and Administration issues. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment
