Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Assist customers with their insurance inquiries, providing personalized service tailored to their needs. Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries and concerns.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to enhance customer portfolios and achieve sales targets.

Documentation and Follow-up: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.


Requirement

Insurance License: Active Nevada Property & Casualty License is a must.

Customer Service Experience: Background in customer service or sales roles preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail when handling documentation and client information.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and attitude when representing the agency.
