Order Selector

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our dynamic team. As an Order Selector, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately picking and packaging products for delivery. This role is critical in ensuring that customers receive the correct items in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick orders according to customer specifications using voice or manual systems
• Verify the correct quantities and items before preparing orders for shipment
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided)
• Organize and stage products in the appropriate areas for delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse or order selection (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed
• Forklift certification (a plus)
