We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Snowflake Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, database management, and a deep understanding of Snowflake cloud data platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing data solutions using Snowflake to support our business intelligence and analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable data models and pipelines using Snowflake. Collaborate with data architects, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize and tune data processes for performance, scalability, and reliability. Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into Snowflake. Implement and manage security and data governance policies within Snowflake. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Snowflake infrastructure and data processing. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Snowflake and data engineering. Provide support and guidance to junior team members and conduct code reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Snowflake Developer or similar role in data engineering. In-depth knowledge of Snowflake architecture, features, and best practices. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database design and development. Experience with ETL tools and processes (., Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica). Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies. Experience with cloud platforms (., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data integration services. Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in Snowflake or related technologies. Experience with additional data engineering tools (., Apache Spark, Hadoop). Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java. Experience with data visualization tools (., Tableau, Power BI). Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts.
