Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in online education, with a proven track record of creating, scheduling, and delivering engaging and informative training materials and sessions. This role requires a passion for teaching, a deep understanding of digital learning tools and techniques, and the ability to connect with learners in an online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop compelling short training materials and courses tailored for online delivery, ensuring they are interactive, engaging, and effective for diverse audiences. Schedule and conduct regular training sessions and webinars for both customers and employees, covering a wide range of topics relevant to our services and products. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, implementing improvements based on feedback and learning outcomes. Collaborate with subject matter experts within the company to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our goals and values. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in online learning, incorporating innovative approaches and tools into training strategies. Provide support and guidance to learners, addressing their questions and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an online environment, with a focus on creating and delivering online training or webinars. Expertise in instructional design methodologies and learning management solutions. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. Proficient in multimedia and web-based training tools, including video editing, presentation software, and eLearning authoring tools. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A team player with a positive attitude, open to feedback and collaboration.
