With over 500 Cricket stores, Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, and we want you to join us as a Solutions Specialist (Sales Representative)

Our Solutions specialists have unlimited earning capacity with our lucrative commission plans. We will provide you with the training and tools needed to be successful in this position.

Our Solution Specialists serve our customers by providing the right solutions for their needs. We provide a career for anyone and prefer being able to be promoted from our Solutions Specialist to fill our manager positions

Assist our leaders with store operations and duties. Achieve sales goals and KPIs (with unlimited earning potential).

Qualifications

Requirements:

Must speak fluent English and Spanish to be eligible for a bilingual role Clear communication skills- Attitude and technical aptitude Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required. At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions. Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong Social Media presence preferred. Must have reliable transportation to the location. Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed. Ability to operate a personal computer.
