McCook Family Clinic, located in McCook, Nebraska, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a leading family practice clinic in the region, we are committed to providing comprehensive medical care to individuals and families of all ages.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Provide primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physician assistants, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Educate patients on preventive care measures, lifestyle modifications, and overall wellness to promote healthy living.

REQUIREMENTS:

• • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
  • Active medical license in the state of Nebraska or ability to obtain one.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• • Prior experience practicing family medicine in a primary care setting.
  • Familiarity with rural healthcare and understanding of the unique needs of rural communities.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
