The Physician Practice Nurse will facilitate patient care during each scheduled office visit.
Office Nurse performs triage activities and prepares patient for physical examination. Responsible for updating and revising all patient medical history as it pertains to each specific visit. In addition, nurse will assist physician with any patient care issues as well as follow up, such as prescriptions, refills, prior authorizations etc.

Graduate from accredited School of Nursing. Requires RN license from Indiana State Board of Nursing and BLS. Customer service skills, computer skills, and attention to detail required. Prefer EMR experience.
