Customer Care Representative

Your Role:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the care and support they need. From assisting with intake processes to providing technical assistance, your empathy and attention to detail will help enhance the overall patient experience.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
  • Experience in the medical field or administrative record management, preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands:
  • Lift and carry office equipment at times
  • Requires contact with patients and equipment with potential exposure to contagious pathogens
  • Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking, and listening
  • Requires close vision to small print on computer and/or tablet and paperwork
  • Requires lifting (minimum of 35 pounds) and transporting of patient equipment
