  • A competitive pay of $26.00 to $30.00/hour, because top effort deserves top dollar. This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of our new location and lead a growing team. Initially this will start as part time and move into a full time role as things progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead installation teams for both residential and commercial projects.
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications.
  • Train and mentor junior installers by demonstrating techniques, supervising their work, and enabling their growth into independent installers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Maintain quality control and uphold company standards across all job sites.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in insulation installation (residential and/or commercial).
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and supervise a team of installers.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient in using insulation tools and equipment (e.g., spray foam, fiberglass batt, and blown-in insulation).
  • Strong knowledge of industry safety standards and building codes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and management.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
