The impact you will have:

QTS is growing and looking for a dedicated sourcer to help support our operations teams. This role will help build proactive pipelines for our key business areas as well as help with talent branding and marketing through email and social media campaigns.

What you will do:

Partner with Talent Advisors to build active candidate pipelines for critical profiles Work to develop marketing campaigns to help engage passive talent Support business initiatives in a fast paced high growth environment

What you will need to be successful

3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience in a construction, manufacturing, or data center environment Experience building marketing campaigns and engaging talent pipelines through social media Enjoys a fast paced environment, we are growing and need this role to be flexible as our business adapts
