Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Acting as the liaison for Wallenius Wilhelmsen to our customers and carriers:

Respond to customer service inquiries concerning account activities, priorities, and status Coordinate account activities, priorities, and status with operations and carriers Verify shipments, vehicle movement, and vehicle inventory Performs daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on assignments, allocations, work orders and releases to carriers Recommend new procedures and processes to increase productivity, responsiveness to customer needs, and streamline current practices

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Candidates must speak Spanish Basic math and computer skills are requiredproficient in MS Excel, working knowledge of MS Windows and Word with emphasis on keeping organized Outlook files

EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE

One year of experience in customer service or inventory control procedures preferred
