Job Overview:
As a COTA, you'll work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to assess, diagnose, and treat students facing physical and developmental challenges. Your role involves assisting in treatment planning, providing therapy services, and tracking client progress, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the field of occupational therapy and improve lives.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in assessments under licensed OT supervision to identify challenges.
Help develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.
Deliver therapy interventions guided by licensed OTs to address student needs.
Utilize various techniques to enhance motor skills and daily living activities.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals on therapy strategies.
Document progress and communicate findings to licensed OTs.
Stay updated on occupational therapy advancements through professional development.
Contribute to team meetings and school success.

Requirements:
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or related field.
Active state certification as a COTA.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniques.
Ability to work collaboratively under licensed OT supervision.
