DescriptionJob Description:
As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you will support the sales team in achieving their goals by providing administrative and customer service assistance. You will assist with tasks such as processing orders, responding to inquiries, maintaining client databases, and preparing sales reports. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in sales while learning about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in administrative tasks such as processing orders and preparing sales documents.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to learn about products, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
